The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office procedures, providing support to internal teams, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About Your New Role
Always
Manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Handle calls, correspondence, and general enquiries.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
Support internal teams with administrative requirements.
Ensure confidentiality is maintained across all processes.
Often
Manage office supplies, facilities, and supplier relationships.
Support finance administration, including invoicing, payments, and record keeping.
Assist with credit control processes and monitoring outstanding balances.
Prepare reports and updates for internal teams.
Maintain client information and support database updates.
Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
Coordinate meetings, diaries, and office requirements.
Process staff holiday requests and maintain records.
Occasionally
Support GDPR and data protection processes.
Assist with compliance requirements, including AML procedures.
Support health and safety administration and office checks.
Assist with reviewing company policies and procedures.
Help with process improvements and ad hoc projects.
