About Our Company We are a growing rental services business with locations in BC and Alberta. Our team is obsessed with customer service, and we’ve invested in a lot of software systems to allow us to make data-driven decisions and provide a premium level of service. We are conducting a confidential search to find the right person to come in and provide hands-on structure and support for internal teams while maintaining customer service excellence with efficient processes and systems. This is the role for you if you are: · A well-organized manager of people and processes that is approachable and able to provide solutions for customer needs and issues. · A systems thinker who learns new software quickly, finds efficient ways to get work done. · A motivating leader who works alongside his/her team to meet deadlines, tackle projects, resolve issues, and support customers. · An amazing communicator who can explain things clearly and simply, give good news and bad news, all while maintaining relationships. · Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset, able to document processes, revise them for optimal outcomes, train team on changes, and audit for compliance. What you’ll bring to the table: · People Leadership and Motivation: 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated open-door philosophy and success leading through times of change and growth. · Organization and Administration: 7+ years of experience working in roles with administrative, customer service, and accounting responsibilities. · Communication and Documentation: 7+ years of experience as internal spokesperson for management, delivering and reinforcing business expectations, as well as ensuring complete and accurate business records are kept and all business activities can withstand scrutiny and pass an audit. · Cross-functional Collaboration: experience working across different teams (sales, operations, finance, customer care, human resources, information technology) to meet deadlines, deliver projects, and maintain effective business operations. · Customer-Centric Approach: strong focus on customer satisfaction and service, ensuring the company delivers a seamless experience. · Computer Skills: proven mastery of a wide variety of software and ability to become an “expert” user of essential business systems. · Walks the Talk: Builds a culture of accountability for themselves and the team.
