Blondie is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support daily restaurant operations, business administration, and personal day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep both business and personal operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone professional yet adaptable — a “get it done” person who is comfortable balancing administrative work, operational support, errands, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
SCHEDULE- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (in-office) Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support for busy Restaurant Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Organize and maintain email inboxes Conduct onboarding for staff Support restaurant managers with administrative duties Help prioritize responsibilities and keep schedules running efficiently Run errands, including shopping, returns, and pickups Coordinate household & business services such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance Assist with vendors Manage vehicle-related appointments and maintenance Assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as they arise Help maintain organization and efficiency across both professional and personal responsibilities Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems Who You Are Kind, trustworthy, and easy to work with Highly organized and detail-oriented without being overly rigid Proactive and capable of working independently Comfortable handling both personal and professional responsibilities Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and gets things done Requirements Prior experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Household Assistant, or related position) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable working full-time in person Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively What This Role Is Not Not a traditional corporate executive assistant position Not limited to desk or administrative work — this role includes hands-on support and errands Not ideal for someone who prefers highly structured or process-heavy environments More detail about Blondie, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/403043-Blondie
