Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire an Office Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. Responsibilities: Manage records and information Plan and maintain work facilities Provide administrative assistance to management team Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication Perform other office tasks Customer Service Daily transactions with walk-in orders Scheduling outgoing shipments and incoming shipments Production Planning Maintain an organized workspace Manage warehouse employees Experience with inside sales is a plus Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. โ Qualifications: Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Bilingual Must be able to pass a criminal background check Company Description Since 1987, General Organics, Inc has been a leader in the contract and private label manufacturing industry.
