We focus exclusively on Aerospace, Robotics & AI, Defence, Space and Automotive. We're currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team in Manchester. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting leadership and enabling teams to perform at their best. The Role As Office Manager, you will take ownership of office operations, creating an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll act as the central point of coordination across teams, managing administrative processes and supporting business activities. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning workspace Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications Support senior leadership with administrative tasks Coordinate end to end onboarding for new starters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Maintain health & safety and compliance standards Drive improvements in office processes and efficiency EA to CEO About You Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, problem-solving mindset Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Apera?
