The Role
Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation based in the Dungannon area, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional organisation. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, while supporting the wider team with the coordination of service and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and deal with enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Log customer faults and service requests accurately.
- Liaise with engineers to schedule repairs and arrange appointments.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of repairs and service requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Coordinate information between customers, engineers and internal teams.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider office team.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and complete administrative tasks.
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
Essential Criteria
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' administration experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing or customer service environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Word and Excel.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
