Jays is looking for a full-time admin clerk to assist with date entry, billing, inventory management, and customer relations for our commercial home delivery service, reporting to the branch manager, and directly assisting the home delivery coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers by telephone and email


• Administration duties including: data entry, billing, inventory, filing, telephone and email communications, claim resolution


• Duties include time spent in-office and in-warehouse for inventory processing


• Occasional partial PTO/Sick day coverage for other roles

Qualifications

• Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.


• Deal effectively with the public, outside agencies and co-workers


• Must be detail oriented


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Be able to multi-task and be willing to learn
