Odoo Functional Consultant & Developer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant & Developer to join our growing team. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes as well as hands on Odoo development experience. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Odoo modules, and develop customizations when needed.

You will also collaborate with third party implementation partners and development agencies to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients • Conduct discovery and process mapping sessions • Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client needs • Develop custom modules, workflows, reports, and automations • Customize existing Odoo functionality when required • Coordinate with third party Odoo agencies and developers • Review development work and ensure quality standards are met • Support testing, training, and go live activities • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support • Prepare functional and technical documentation Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of Odoo implementation experience • Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP • Hands on Odoo development experience • Proficiency in Python • Experience with PostgreSQL • Experience with Odoo Studio • Understanding of XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework architecture • Experience with integrations and API connections • Strong client facing communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience • Manufacturing • Inventory and Warehouse Management • Accounting and Finance • CRM and Sales Operations • Multi company implementations • Odoo Community and Enterprise editions What Success Looks Like • Successfully leading requirement gathering sessions • Delivering clean and scalable Odoo solutions • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients • Bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution • Managing projects with minimal supervision Why Join Us • Fully remote position • Work on diverse implementation projects • Direct exposure to clients and business leaders • Opportunity to influence implementation strategy and solution design
