About the Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a Specialist Neurological Care, Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care site who are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join their highly collaborative, interdisciplinary therapy team.
Operating across two complementary specialist sites, their patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, acquired brain injury, and spinal cord injury, as well as those with prolonged disorders of consciousness, tracheostomies, and progressive neurological diseases.

- Utilise dedicated therapy spaces, including a therapeutic kitchen and level-access facilities, to rebuild functional independence and daily living skills.
- Coordinate closely with external specialist services, wheelchair services, tertiary centres, and family members to ensure seamless ongoing care.

- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in neurological rehabilitation or long-term care.
- Experience with tracheostomy management is advantageous, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
- A compassionate, collaborative mindset with a strong passion for holistic, interdisciplinary working and long-term therapeutic relationships.
