Elastic AIOps / Observability Engineer | Global Enterprise Client 3 days on site I’m currently partnering with a leading enterprise organisation looking for an Elastic AIOps / Observability Engineer to support and enhance their distributed monitoring ecosystem. This is a hybrid engineering + development role , ideal for someone passionate about observability, OpenTelemetry, and system reliability at scale . Role Overview You’ll play a key role in managing the lifecycle of OpenTelemetry (OTel) agents and collectors , ensuring seamless observability across complex, distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain OTel agents & collectors across Linux and Windows Ensure accurate collection and forwarding of metrics, logs, and traces Troubleshoot and resolve observability-related issues in line with SLAs Perform compatibility analysis and manage version upgrades Develop and maintain API integrations with application services Automate deployments using Ansible and CI/CD pipelines Maintain clear technical documentation for processes and troubleshooting
