Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager at Reviva Clinic in Chandigarh.

The Nursing Manager will oversee nursing operations, coordinate patient care, manage nursing staff schedules, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols. They will also provide direct patient care when required, ensuring high standards of critical care and safety, while collaborating with medical teams to deliver optimal treatment outcomes. Qualifications Competence in Nursing Management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Strong foundational skills in Nursing and Patient Care to deliver high-quality healthcare services. Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to handle complex medical conditions. Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a healthcare setting. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent with a valid nursing license. Previous experience in a leadership position in a healthcare facility is preferred.

Experience in surgical or aesthetic healthcare environments is advantageous.
