Nursing Instructor

Role: Clinical Nurse Educator Location: GTA, ON & Hamilton, ON Type: Part Time Rate: CAD40/hr - CAD50/hr Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑directed Clinical Nurse Educator / Clinical Program Specialist (RN) to provide in‑service clinical, educational, technical, and training support within a defined region. This role requires minimal supervision and a strong ability to share best practices while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary work group. Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical, educational, and technical support related to assigned programs Deliver in‑service clinical education and professional training to healthcare professionals Develop and present educational programs, materials, and presentations using adult learning principles Serve as a subject‑matter expert and clinical resource, sharing best practices within the team Effectively manage time, priorities, and regional responsibilities with minimal direction Travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional weekend travel Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of residence Strong organizational and time management skills Solid understanding of adult learning principles Proven experience in public speaking and developing educational presentations/materials Proficiency in electronic communication and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Excel is a plus Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment Preferred Memberships & Certifications Current membership in relevant professional organizations, such as: Association for Vascular Access (AVA) Infusion Nurses Society (INS)
