We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care within a nurturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your management and leadership skills while fostering the development and well-being of young children. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's developmental needs

Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of all children in your care

Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and daily routines

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication

Support children's emotional and social development through nurturing interactions

Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment

Assist with the organisation of nursery routines, including meal times, naps, and play sessions

Contribute to the ongoing assessment and planning of individualised learning programmes

Supervise children during outings or activities outside the nursery premises, including driving when necessary

Skills

Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early childhood setting

Strong management and leadership abilities to oversee daily nursery operations effectively

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices

Ability to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and team members

Organised with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment

Driving licence is desirable for transporting children or attending external activities

Passionate about childcare with a genuine interest in supporting children's growth and development
