Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology physician employment in New Jersey :

A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing Cardiology practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered cardiovascular care in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to cardiology patients
• Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease management
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Educate patients on cardiovascular conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Previous experience in a Cardiology role/setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in an outpatient setting

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
