Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation to recruit an experienced Regional Nurse Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership and management experience to step into a senior position overseeing clinical services across multiple regional sites.
Working closely with the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across a multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality primary healthcare services while driving continuous quality improvement, clinical governance and positive outcomes for the communities you serve.
Job Details
- Permanent full-time opportunity
- Opportunity to choose your preferred base from three regional locations
- Senior clinical leadership position overseeing multiple regional clinic sites
- Salary of $65.11 per hour, aligned to RN Level 5 Grade 5, plus superannuation
- Not-for-profit salary packaging available, including up to $15,900 for everyday living expenses and $2,650 for meal entertainment
- Additional paid leave during the Christmas/New Year closure period
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and an Aboriginal Cancer Coordinator
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, service delivery and clinical governance across multiple sites
- Drive continuous quality improvement and service development
- Contribute to organisation-wide clinical improvement initiatives

To be eligible you must:
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
- Have significant clinical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership or management experience
- Have experience leading, coaching, mentoring and managing clinical teams
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Have an understanding of primary healthcare services and chronic disease management
- Demonstrate an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and the importance of culturally safe healthcare
- Have knowledge of Closing the Gap initiatives and Aboriginal community-controlled health services
- Demonstrate experience with clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Be confident using clinical information systems, Microsoft Office and billing systems, with experience using Best Practice or a similar system highly regarded
- Be willing and able to travel regularly between multiple clinic sites
- Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check
- Be willing to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certification
- Hold a current driver's licence
