Network Manager (NOT Engineer) with Communications Manager experience and with strong Cisco Voip and SD-WAN implementation and optimization. -H1s are Welcome Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics) Austin TX -LOCALS ONLY PREFERRED. ALL H1s please understand client needs LOCALS ONLY LOCALS ONLY PLEASE duration: Open ended contract • Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms • Oversee daily operational activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and service availability • Serve as escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues • Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams, including infrastructure and security-focused functions • Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including: SD-WAN implementation and optimization Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics) Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services) • Provide vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts • Ensure compliance with Agency security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements • Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals • Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives • Provide status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning to leadership • Maintain documentation of network architecture, processes, and operational procedures
