Hours: 40 hours per week

Night Shift Working Hours

We offer flexible shift patterns to suit our employees:

• 4 x 10-hour shifts: Monday Thursday, 4:00pm 2:30am
• 5 x 8-hour shifts: Monday Friday, 4:00pm 12:30am

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Night Shift Laser Operator to join our skilled manufacturing team in Carryduff.

The Role

As a Night Shift Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machinery to produce high-quality components to engineering specifications. You will work within a busy engineering environment, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality.

The role will involve working with a variety of materials and components, with a strong focus on accuracy, productivity and meeting production requirements.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating laser cutting machinery
• Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
