The Vitalis New Graduate Nursing Program supports ambitious, passionate newly graduated nurses to deliver quality healthcare at home. Starting in September 2026, the 12‑month program is designed for newly registered nursing graduates. Eligibility
- AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse before the agreed date of employment commencing
- Driver’s licence, use of a car and willingness to travel across Greater Sydney (essential)
- You must have unlimited working rights in Australia to apply for this position
- Available to work across a rotating roster 24/7
Study Topics and Training will include but not be limited to:
- Adult pain management
- Bowel management
- Mechanical ventilation
- Tracheostomy nursing
- SPC nursing
- Complex wound management
- Critical thinking skills
- Palliative Care
- HITH (Hospital In The Home)
