Clinical infrastructure is in place to facilitate coordinated inpatient neurosurgical coverage across all assigned periods.

The nurse practitioner will provide inpatient neurosurgical coverage on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at an on-site facility in Richmond, Virginia. Clinical responsibilities include post-procedural daily care for adult patients, as well as patient and family communication and education. The clinician will collaborate with one employed neurosurgery NP throughout all assigned coverage periods.

No call coverage is required for this assignment.
