Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) — Providence, RI

Responsibilities

• 12 hr. night shifts, 6:30p-7a. 3 days per week. Required to work every other weekend.
• Types of cases/patients: neurology critical care and stroke. 4-6 per day. 18 bed unit. Level trauma I.
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing 60 days. Contract through Feb. 2026 with possible extension.
• Miscellaneous: would consider a candidate with mixed ICU experience as long as they have competence and confidence managing neuro conditions like stroke.

Qualifications

• Requirements: 1 year of Neuro experience
• COVID vaccine required to work with Lifespan. Will consider providers needing licensure.
• This is a 1099 contract position that provides medical malpractice insurance, no other employee benefits available
