Network Operations Engineer (Day 2 Support) 100% Remote Immediate joiner Key Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, WAF, DNS, and load balancers Handle incident response, change management, and operational support Support network automation using Python and Ansible Maintain documentation and collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams Required Skills Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS, NX-OS) Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls VPN, SD-WAN, Zscaler Aruba Wireless F5 Load Balancer, Imperva WAF Infoblox DDI Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs Qualifications 5–10 years in enterprise network operations Strong troubleshooting and automation experience Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP Preferred Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, Aruba, F5 Experience in financial or regulated environments Cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure)
