Network Operations Center Engineer

DAMAC AI is Hiring | NOC Engineer | Bangalore, India

At DAMAC AI, we're building and operating some of the region's largest NVIDIA GPU clusters, powering sovereign cloud, hyperscale data centres, and enterprise AI workloads at scale.

We're looking for a NOC Engineer to join our 24×7 operations team and become the first line of defence for our AI infrastructure. If you thrive in high-availability environments and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Monitor GPU cluster health using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and NVIDIA DCGM

Triage, escalate, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines

Manage shift handovers and customer-facing incident communications

Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational runbooks

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, or 24×7 Operations environment

Strong Linux administration skills and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, Firewalls)

Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira

Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

⭐ Nice to Have

• NVIDIA DGX/HGX experience

• InfiniBand or RoCE networking knowledge

• Kubernetes exposure

• Python or Bash scripting skills
