Network and Security Consultant Remote Role

Malleum is looking for a client-facing Network & Security Consultant with senior-level expertise. You'll administer and secure client network infrastructures while also supporting incident response engagements. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and experience in complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Administer client network infrastructure, including routers and firewalls • Operate and tune EDR, SIEM, and email security tools • Design and deploy Zero Trust Network Access solutions • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments • Lead patch management and vulnerability remediation

Requirements: • Multi-vendor firewall experience (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) • Client-facing communication and stakeholder management • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and VPNs • Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms • Certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Security+ preferred
