Job Description
Network Analyst Payworks is a leading workforce management solutions provider committed to developing worldâclass products and fostering a progressive workplace culture. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable networks, planning, designing and implementing complex data centre and campus networks to meet current and future business needs. Monitor and provide network support by overseeing performance, availability, and optimisation of wired and wireless networks; serve as escalation point for complex incidents, lead root cause analysis and drive effective resolutions.
Secure and segment the network in collaboration with Corporate Security, designing and implementing secure, compliant infrastructure, including segmentation strategies, firewall configurations and vulnerability remediation. Collaborate and document for success: work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and document infrastructure, procedures and configurations. Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience managing and supporting enterprise network environments.
Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, routing and switching in complex environments. Proven experience with Palo Alto NGFWs (or similar), enterprise wireless and wired networks. Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure), SDâWAN technologies and Aruba networking systems, Citrix CCP or CCE.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN and SDâWAN. Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network issues under pressure. Effective communication skills and ability to work crossâfunctionally and explain technical concepts clearly.
Proactive, collaborative and selfâdriven approach to work, with passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Cisco CCNA or CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE certifications are an asset.
