What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting the organizations network infrastructure. This role requires CCNA-level technical proficiency and hands-on experience in managing network projects and resolving complex issues.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability of network resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and policies.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support for end-users and escalate issues when necessary.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Collaborate with IT, security, application development, and business teams to deliver network solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with vendors and external partners on network initiatives and support cases.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure network requirements are understood and addressed.
• Provide technical guidance to other teams during project planning and implementation.

• As a key contributor to the business unit, this job has the authority to recommend changes to business processes in order to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience: 6+ years of experience

Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• 6+ years of experience in network administration, including project involvement.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network security concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
