NAV CANADA: Manager of Operational Risk

Drive operational risk management initiatives as the Manager at NAV CANADA in a hybrid work environment. Collaborate across teams to improve risk assessment and compliance. As the Manager of Operational Risk Management, you will lead the development and execution of NAV CANADA’s Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program.

This includes recommending best practices and supporting cross-functional collaborations for effective risk management. You will establish metrics to ensure program effectiveness and promote adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
