IQVIA is recruiting a National Sales Manager to lead a sales team focused on an innovative oral therapy in the field of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). About the Role As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Product Specialists dedicated to promoting a cutting-edge oral therapy for Multiple Sclerosis. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure the successful market adoption of the therapy. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving sales and improving patient outcomes in the MS community.

What You’ll Do Lead and manage a national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve commercial targets. Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in the MS therapeutic area. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Oversee key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align on strategy and execution. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on neurology or Multiple Sclerosis.

Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve targets. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
