- Build strong relationships with buyers, category teams and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute annual account plans, JBPs, range reviews, promotional plans and new product launches.

- Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the brand in key retailer meetings and commercial negotiations.
- Analyse EPOS, sales, category, pricing and competitor data and translate insights into commercial actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure effective delivery of customer plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship roles; experience working with major retail groups in the UK market.
- Background with a high-growth consumer brand, challenger brand, or major FMCG group is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset and empathy; attentive and adept at long‑term relationship nurturing.
- Strong experience in range reviews, JBP, promotions, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent commercial judgement, analytical ability and negotiation skills.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial and international business.
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
