Mutuel Teller

Descripion of Duties: • Sell and cash patron's tickets • Monitor funds and comply with cash in drawer requirements • Answer patron's questions • Perform other duties as assigned • Responsible for balancing cash drawer and any shortages • Works under direct guidance of supervisor Requirements: State Card Room License is required and can be obtained at the time of hiring • Must have at least 3 months of previous cash machine/customer service experience • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupation license • Must be able to use both hands to operate pari-mutuel ticket equipment • Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays • Normal/corrected vision is required • Position holder may stand or be seated Rate: $14/hr Benefits: Cafeteria plan benefits after 6 months (health, dental, life, vision, AFLAC). 401K after one year. bestbet is a drug free work place.
