Multi-Skilled Warehouse Operative (FLT) - Immediate Start, Ledbury, £12.82 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Temporary (6-8 weeks)

Pertemps are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Ledbury on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks. ⚠️ A valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely and efficiently Receiving, checking and storing supplier deliveries      Picking, packing and loading customer orders for dispatch Supporting stock control activities, including inventory checks and stock counts Replenishing production areas and maximising warehouse space Ensuring stock is clearly identified and stored correctly Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse and yard Complying with all Health & Safety and quality procedures

Skills & Experience Valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence (essential) Previous warehouse experience preferred Experience using warehouse systems, ERP software and barcode scanners Good organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban or 5S would be advantageous
