MR Truck Driver – Long-Term Opportunity
Location: Condell Park
Schedule: Monday (6:30am Start) Tuesday to Friday, 5:30am start
Pay Rate: $39.25 per hour | Approx. 38 hours per week

Our client is a respected, family-owned Australian business that supplies premium gourmet food products to the hospitality and retail sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dependable and experienced MR Truck Driver to join their team in Condell Park for a long-term opportunity.

About the Role

As an MR truck driver, you'll be responsible for the timely delivery of refrigerated goods to cafes, restaurants, and IGA stores across Sydney. This role is primarily based within the Sydney Metro area with occasional regional runs and inner west.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated vans and trucks, completing 20–30 deliveries per day
• Perform light manual handling (up to 15kg) and assist with pallet loading/unloading
• Ensure timely, professional deliveries with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Navigate Sydney and Canberra road networks with confidence
• Communicate effectively with clients and the internal team

What We're Looking For

• Valid MR Truck License with experience operating refrigerated vehicles
• Experience with refrigerated vehicles is preferred but not essential
• A minimum of 1-2 years of MR truck driving experience required
• Current and active MR license required
• Clean driving record and strong work ethic
• A clean driving record is defined as having no major offenses.
• The driving record will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Physically capable of lifting up to 15 kg.
• Excellent knowledge of Sydney roads
• Reliable, punctual, and available for full-time weekday work
• Looking for a long‑term position with potential for permanency
• Australian citizenship required
