Founding Engineer - £100k - Remote, AI + Equity We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to join a remote-first team (Europe-based) that’s building the future of mobile carriers from the ground up. It’s about creating a sleek, user-first mobile experience that makes traditional telecoms look like dial-up. You’ll be hands-on with everything from UI polish to performance tuning, and you’ll have a strong voice in architectural decisions, tooling, and release strategy. The team is small, sharp, and fully remote. You’ll be trusted to lead features end-to-end, mentor other devs, and help scale the app as it expands across Europe. You’ll work closely with product and design to ship experiences that feel effortless but are anything but simple under the hood. It’s a chance to help build the future of mobile from the ground up.
