Mobile Automation Engineer

Responsibilities Lead and manage teams of developers, QA engineers, and testers. Develop and implement Java-based applications. Create and maintain Selenium-based test scripts for automation.

Design and execute mobile application testing using tools such as Appium. Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices in coding and testing. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions.

Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Monitor project progress and manage client expectations for timely delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends in Java, Selenium, and mobile testing.

Communicate with clients and provide technical support during the project lifecycle. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Strong Java development and testing experience. Expertise in Selenium test automation. Experience with mobile testing frameworks (Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest).

Hands‑on experience in manual and automated testing for web and mobile. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills.

Experience with Git and project management tools (Jira, Confluence). Preferred Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills in complex environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
