Mobile Application Developer – Native + Flutter Experience: 5 to 7 years Notice Period: 0 to 10 days maximum Experience •⁠ ⁠5+ years in mobile application development •⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience in Native Android and/or Native iOS development •⁠ ⁠Minimum 2+ years of Flutter development experience Mandatory Skills Native Android ⁠ ⁠Strong experience in: * Kotlin * Java * Android SDK * Jetpack Components / Jetpack Compose * MVVM architecture Native iOS •⁠ ⁠Strong experience in: * Swift * Xcode * UIKit / SwiftUI * CocoaPods * iOS deployment lifecycle Flutter •⁠ ⁠Hands-on Flutter development experience •⁠ ⁠State management: * Provider / Bloc / Riverpod / GetX •⁠ ⁠API integration •⁠ ⁠Firebase integration •⁠ ⁠Cross-platform deployment Additional Technical Requirements •⁠ ⁠Experience in publishing apps to: * Google Play Store * Apple App Store •⁠ ⁠Strong debugging and performance optimization skills •⁠ ⁠Experience with REST APIs and third-party SDK integrations •⁠ ⁠Understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Git/version control Preferred ⁠ ⁠Candidates who started career as Native Android/iOS developers before moving into Flutter •⁠ ⁠Experience in production-grade enterprise applications •⁠ ⁠Experience handling native platform-level issues and integrations.
