MIG Welder – $18/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. Experience with sheet metal fabrication is a huge plus! The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- MIG weld light-gauge sheet metal components for HVAC systems
- Fabricate and assemble ductwork, plenums, transitions, and custom fittings
- Read and interpret blueprints, duct layouts, and welding symbols
- Ensure clean, precise welds for airtight HVAC installations
- Operate shears, brakes, rollers, and other shop tools
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques and welding processes
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and press brake machines is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
