Midweight Multimedia Designer

• Own graphic and motion design projects end-to-end, from storyboard to final export
• Deliver high-quality, crafted work that meets each brief
• Translate creative concepts into scroll-stopping graphics, static visuals, and edits for social platforms, media placements, and other touchpoints
• Contribute proactive ideas to elevate campaigns through static design and motion storytelling
• Use AI-powered design tools to extend ideas and work more efficiently while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with Client Services, Creative, and Production to deliver visually consistent campaigns across social, web, OOH, and broadcast
• Build trusted client relationships and support growth by showcasing graphic design, animation, editing, and AI-powered design capabilities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a designer, agency or in-house
• Multi-disciplined design capability across motion and static work
• Strong understanding of social content and what drives thumb-stopping creative
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience using AI generation and prompting tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or similar
• Self-driven problem-solving skills and initiative
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have: 3D skills using Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent
• Nice to have: branding and identity design experience
• Nice to have: Red Giant or equivalent motion plugins experience
