Mid level system analyst | supero outsourcing

We are looking for a mid-level System Analyst with hands-on expertise in Power Platform to join a team focused on automating and digitalizing corporate processes. You will work directly with business areas, transforming operational needs into scalable apps and automated workflows built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online contributing to productivity, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop corporate applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps), focusing on usability, process alignment, and scalability;
• Build automation flows in Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services;
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with end users and stakeholders;
• Map processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation;
• Build integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Teams, and Forms;
• Perform functional testing, validation, bug fixes, and ongoing solution support;
• Maintain technical and functional documentation for all applications and workflows;
• Support corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing solutions.

What experience we expect from you:

• 03+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps: form development, data modeling, connectors, publish/maintain);
• 03+ years with Power Automate (automated flows, approvals, Microsoft 365 integrations, error handling, execution monitoring);
• 02+ years with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, communication sites, permissions, Power Platform integration);
• 02+ years in business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, stakeholder engagement);
• Experience with functional testing, documentation, and support for solution validation;
• At least intermediate English (B2) for reading, writing, and communication with the global team you will be part of.

Nice to have:

• Copilot Studio (1+ year): conversational agents and intelligent automations;
• Generative AI applied to corporate processes and productivity;
• Power BI: dashboards and KPIs creation or maintenance;
• Dataverse: data modeling as a Power Platform foundation;
• Git, Azure DevOps (version control or pipeline management when applicable);
• React / NextJS: complementary front-end knowledge for customizations.
