Microsoft Developer (.NET) - Mid Level

Position Summary Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use. Use Microsoft .NET Framework and a supported programming language (e.g., VB.NET, Visual C#). Classification Contract Length: 9 months Responsibilities Serve as technical expert on development projects.

Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation. Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.

Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs. Career-Development position within field. Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.

Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Requirements Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 8+ development Hands‑on expertise with Blazor WebAssembly and Blazor Server Proficiency with Azure Functions, serverless architecture, and cloud-native design Experience building and deploying infrastructure with Azure Bicep/ARM templates Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices Familiarity with Azure App Services and cloud hosting best practices Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud security Ability to write clean, maintainable, secure code 5+ years of experience or equivalent education Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication Ability to work independently while collaborating well in team settings #J-18808-Ljbffr
