Job Description Job Title: Metal Fabrication Production Worker Location: Fargo, ND Compensation: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Job Type: Contract About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Fabrication Production Workers for a sign manufacturing company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll either manufacture traffic control and specialty signs using metal fabrication equipment or handle kitting and inventory control by pulling and prepping orders for production. What You'll Do as a Metal Fabrication Production Worker: Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic metal fabrication equipment Execute and document production through MRP system Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment Inspect quality of work and complete associated documentation Shear and punch aluminum materials Maintain a neat and orderly Sign Shop and lot Pull all parts of an order together using work orders and stage for manufacturing Maintain accurate inventory records of sheeting and materials Assist with logistics and incoming product handling Participate in weekly shop meetings and other tasks as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabrication Production Worker Role: Knowledge of metal fabrication processes Ability to operate manual, semi-automated, or CNC equipment Strong organizational skills to maintain manufacturing orders and meet deadlines Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and ERP/MRP systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
