Job Title: MES / SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant Location: Chicago, IL — Remote with client site travel Type: Full-Time | Remote Positions Available: 2 Job Summary We are seeking Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultants for full-time remote roles with a growing industrial digital transformation practice. Candidates will design, implement, and support MES/MOM and SAP DM solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients across North America. Key Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of MES/MOM and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions for manufacturing clients Configure and integrate manufacturing execution systems with ERP and shop floor systems Conduct client workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and operations Document functional and technical specifications for manufacturing system deployments Requirements 3+ years of experience implementing MES, MOM, or SAP Digital Manufacturing systems Hands-on experience with SAP DM, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or comparable platforms Strong understanding of discrete or process manufacturing operations Experience working directly with manufacturing clients in a consulting capacity Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
