Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

We are working with a market leading company who are seeking to hire a Law graduate with a background in M&A in LA. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A industry including Insurance. Responsibilities Support M&A transactions by coordinating closing actions and preparing key documents, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda. Draft and review legal documents. Due diligence support. Collecting, organizing, and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and other materials from target companies. Draft and edit ancillary documents (NDAs, consents, officer certificates, closing checklists, etc.) under attorney supervision. About you Industry experience is preferable. A background or education in M&A/Corporate Law is desirable.
