Responsibilities Make 250+ outbound calls daily using a dialer Prospect and pitch business owners on funding solutions Qualify leads and assess client funding needs Match clients with appropriate financing options Collect and submit required documents with internal team support Build relationships and generate repeat business Educate clients on MCA and alternative lending solutions Qualifications Sales experience preferred (MCA or lending is a plus) Comfortable with high-volume cold calling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment Organized, coachable, and team-oriented CRM experience is a plus What We Offer $350/week base salary plus uncapped commission Earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+ High-quality leads and ongoing training Fast-moving sales cycle Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Professional office located on Motor Parkway with gym and café Supportive, competitive team environment
