Merchandiser

• Manage a territory across Melbournes Eastern and Outer Eastern suburbs, including Ringwood, Lilydale, Box Hill, Doncaster, Blackburn, and Ferntree Gully.
• Drive store-level sales growth across Grocery and Pharmacy stores.
• Increase product distribution and improve shelf positioning.
• Manage in-store merchandising and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Previous sales merchandising experience within FMCG, Pharmacy, or Grocery.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using retail execution software and tablets.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reside within or near the assigned territory.
• Hold a valid drivers licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Interested in joining a well-established and respected company.
