MEP Project Manager

1. SUMMARY OF JOB ROLE

• The position is Site In-charge- for MEP works for project in Gurugram
• Responsible for overall execution of MEP related works.
• Co-ordination with Consultants
• Co-ordination with Cross functional teams i.e Civil, planning & Contracts, Procurement, EHS.
• Internal & External Vendor management
• Organisational development & Mentoring people

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB

• Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (HVAC/Electrical)
• Minimum Relevant work experience : 12-15 years in commercial/Office bldgs
• Exposed to Development comprehensively
• Good Project management & Construction management skills
• Good communication skills, Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office etc
• People management skills
• Vendor management skills

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – CORE FUNCTION

• Project In-charge for MEP works
• Coordination with Architects, consultants etc
• EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance
• Project Scheduling of activities and tracking in Co-ordination with internal Planning team
• Co-ordination with Internal procurement team
• Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,
• Vendor management
• Vendors Bills and measurements verifications

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES – CROSS FUNCTIONS

• Technical Support to leasing teams
• Manage technical requirements of Clients/tenants
• Support to Property management team and smooth handing over
