MEP Manager

Job Summary Skanska seeks a dynamic MEP Project Manager. This role manages overall project direction, completion and financial outcome while administering owner and subcontractor relationships. The manager directs and mentors on‑site staff, requiring strong business management acumen, leadership, organizational and time‑management skills, and excellent communication and client‑service skills.

Required Qualifications 3+ years experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to notification provisions in contracts. 3+ years working with a pre‑construction group to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, and costing). 3+ years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget conscious, and completes documents on schedule. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience. Applicants must not require employment sponsorship.
