Mentor for International Exchange Students in Ashland

Responsibilities: Recruit and screen host families for international students Provide ongoing support and guidance to exchange students and host families Conduct orientations for students and host families Match students with suitable host families based on preferences and compatibility Monitor the well-being and academic progress of students placed Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between students and host families Collaborate with schools, parents, and students to ensure a positive cultural exchange experience Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and communities Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of educational systems and cultural differences Ability to educate others about cultural diversity and promote understanding Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
