Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to the formulation of effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring therapeutic techniques are personalized to foster client growth.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, consistently tracking and adjusting the treatment process based on client progress and feedback.
• Deliver teletherapy services for clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring they receive compassionate and professional support unconditionally.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering strictly to ethical and regulatory standards in mental health practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical competencies and keep abreast of innovative practices within mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in telehealth or virtual counseling preferred, showcasing adaptability to remote engagement with clients.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience working with specific populations, such as youth, couples, or those facing severe mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated history of building strong professional relationships and networks within the mental health community.
