Our client in Burlington, ON is looking to hire a Membership Sales Executive to their growing team to lead consultative, relationship‑driven membership growth within their premium multisport private club. This is not a transactional sales role; it requires the ability to position the Club as a lifestyle investment, articulate long‑term value, and build lasting relationships with prospects across a diverse demographic—including families, executives, tennis players, racquet sport enthusiasts, swimmers, and fitness‑focused members. The ideal candidate brings strategic sales acumen, strong emotional intelligence, confidence in high‑touch interactions, and the ability to guide prospects through a premium membership experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full membership sales cycle from initial inquiry through tour, consultation, and closing. Conduct personalized tours that articulate the Club’s value, amenities, programs, and community. Build trust‑based relationships with prospective members through high‑touch engagement and follow‑through.
Develop customized membership solutions that align with prospect needs and lifestyle interests. Track pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and revenue targets with disciplined follow‑up. Collaborate with marketing and operations to create a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
Represent the Club at events, tournaments, and community engagements as needed. Maintain strong knowledge of Club programs, racquet academies, aquatics, camps, fitness offerings, and facilities. Qualifications 3–5+ years of sales experience in hospitality, private clubs, luxury fitness, athletics, recreation, or high‑end service environments.
Demonstrated success in consultative or relationship‑based selling. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence various audiences. High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and polish.
