Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Device Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our innovative medical device portfolio in the Cardiology and Infection Control domains.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a passion for healthcare technology. This role offers excellent exposure to product launches, product demonstrations, customer relationship management, and nationwide business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of the Catheter Balloon Reprocessing System, Ventilator Disinfection System, and Megasonic Washer.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, cath labs, ICUs, and healthcare institutions.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.

Product Demonstration & Training

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
• Conduct product installations and ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
• Coordinate new product launches across target markets.

Account Management

• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Prepare sales reports, customer data, and market analysis reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operational execution.
• Support management with additional business and operational responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sale of medical equipment to hospitals.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and medical device industry practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Compensation & Benefits

 Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum
