THE ROLE:

Based in Brisbane, you will take ownership of the Queensland vascular territory, building on opportunities and developing new business with vascular surgeons and key hospital stakeholders.

  • Build and grow relationships with Vascular Surgeons across Queensland
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
  • Introduce and grow innovative vascular technologies within the market
  • Provide clinical and technical support during elective procedures in theatre and Cath Labs
  • Build strong partnerships with surgeons and key clinical stakeholders
  • Utilise your existing vascular network and relationship-building skills to drive business development
  • Manage the territory autonomously while collaborating closely with the broader team
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, meetings and educational events
  • Travel across Queensland, including Townsville and Cairns for customer engagement and case support
  • This is an elective case-support role with no on‑call or regular weekend work, aside from occasional conferences
ABOUT YOU:
  • Proven medical device sales experience within vascular surgery and/or vascular intervention
  • Established relationships with Vascular Surgeons across Queensland
  • Proven track record of sales success, territory management and business development
  • Confident communicating with surgeons and supporting elective procedures in a theatre environment
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
  • Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable taking ownership of a territory
  • Collaborative team player with a genuine interest in building a long‑term career
